Rice Milling Machine

Two views of a typical "seimaiki," or modern rice milling machine. The rice falls down from the conical hopper above on to a grinding stone in the turret-shaped part below. The yellow-ish glass window opens so that the operator can get in to see and feel the rice flowing inside. In the lower picture you can see the computer-control console that allows automatic settings, simplyfing it all.
