Interested in learning more about sake?

By all means, consider my Sake Professional Course, a most thorough, comprehensive and enjoyable course that covers every aspect of sake. “No sake stone remains left unturned.” Currently there is one online course scheduled, that being in early September. Read on!

I am pleased to announce the 14th live online running of the Sake Professional Course, to be held via Zoom on two consecutive weekends from the US. The dates will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday September 5, 6 and 7, and Friday and Saturday September 12 and 13, 7:00pm to 11:30pm each day, US Eastern time. This corresponds to 4:00pm to 8:30pm US Pacific time, and 8:00am to 12:30 pm the following morning in Japan. Please be sure to confirm your local time. There will also be a one-hour short pre-recorded introductory lecture that students will be required to watch anytime before the class begins.
