Regarding Hotels / Accommodations
You will stay in Tokyo from Monday night, the night before the course begins, until Sunday morning, the morning after the course ends. Please note, we will be asking participants to find and arrange their own hotels, as well as asking you find your own way to the venue. Since everyone has a smart phone these days (right?), map applications augmented by written explanations of landmarks et al from us will help immensely. Your willingness to cooperate on all of this will be very much appreciated.
Due to the increasing number of inbound tourists in Japan, it is strongly recommended that you make hotel reservations as soon as possible.
